A fine family history... The Raymond family has helped grace the tables of restaurants with panache and talent for several generations. One date stands out: December 1972. Daniel Raymond opened a restaurant in Paris called Le Borvo, where smoked salmon was one of the stand-out items on the menu. Less than 5 months later, the establishment gained a Michelin star – a record! In 1985 Le Borvo Traiteur was created. In the kitchens of Le Borvo the chefs create original dishes, free from additives or preservatives. |
