Le Borvo, one of the first independent producers of smoked salmon, opened in 2008 a gastronomic experience to the public.
The company, created and run by an ex Michelin-starred chef, has been for more than 30 years the gastronomic reference in Europe for its method of smoking salmon.
Tasting workshop
By participating in the tasting workshop, you will learn how to recognize the best products and to understand why the species, geographic origin, its environment, the food, the method of farming, and the knowledge of the producers all help to condition the quality and difference of the different flavours of smoked salmon.
